About Cup Filling Sealing Machines
Bowl Filling and Sealing Machines fill solid or fluid food products into cups of the desired size and dimensions, then close the cusps with lids and put date information on the packaging and take them out.
Automatic Filling Machines do not require an operator and perform all operations unmanned and hygienically. It fills a large amount of bowls or cups thanks to automatic product filling. It is possible to increase the bowl or cup filling capacity by increasing the number of nozzles and hoppers. In addition, by adding a Robot System to the product exit section, product collection, product transfer to the package, and pallet stacking operations can be performed.
Manual Filling Machines are suitable for companies that want to produce at a low level. It is small, portable and compact, so it does not take up space. The containers are placed in the machine by an operator and the product is filled and closed with the pedal. It is also very affordable compared to automatic models.
First Stage: The cups fall from the packaging drop chamber into the slots on the pallets, the machine carries these cups to the filling station.
Second Stage: At the filling station, the cups inside the bowl slots are checked, if the container is missing, the nozzle does not fill the slot that does not have a container. After the cups are filled with product, it moves on to the next stage.
Third Stage: At the lid closing station, previously prepared aluminum foils or cups lids are placed on the cups by the machine and closed.
Fourth Stage: Production and Expiration Dates are written on the closed bowls and they are carried to the exit conveyor.
